Current Processing Times To ensure everything is handled with care during our service transition, please allow up to two weeks for your order to be prepared and dispatched. Because our fulfillment system is fully automated to ensure speed once processing begins, we are unable to cancel or modify orders after they have been placed.
Shipping Responsibility & Delivery In accordance with standard regulations, risk of loss transfers to the recipient upon successful delivery by the carrier. Deya cannot be held liable for packages that are misplaced or stolen after the courier has confirmed delivery or if "leave-at-door" permissions were granted. For any issues following a confirmed drop-off, please contact the shipping provider directly to initiate a claim.
Address Accuracy & (A)PO Boxes To ensure your items reach you safely, please provide a complete recipient name and a valid physical address. While we strive to reach everyone, shipments to (A)PO boxes are made at the buyer's own risk. If a parcel is returned due to incomplete naming or address errors, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs or any return fees deducted from a refund.
International Customs & Duties For our international community outside the European Union, please note that local import taxes and duties may be applied by your destination country. These charges are the recipient's responsibility. Deyais not accountable for transit delays caused by local customs processing.
