Our Commitment to You At Deya, we prioritize your experience and are constantly refining our operations to provide the best possible service. While we are currently optimizing our logistics, we remain dedicated to resolving any concerns promptly and ensuring your journey with us is exceptional.

1. Ordering & Automated Fulfillment By placing an order, you agree to our current processing timeline. Due to system upgrades, please allow up to 14 days for dispatch. Our fulfillment workflow is fully automated to ensure efficiency; consequently, once an order is submitted, we are unable to facilitate modifications or cancellations. We appreciate your patience as we work to improve our delivery speeds.

2. Shipping & Delivery Risk We ship to a wide range of international locations, though transit times fluctuate based on the destination.

  • Customs & Import Fees: For deliveries outside the European Union, the recipient is the importer of record and must cover all local taxes and duties. Deya does not oversee these external charges.

  • Address Accuracy: To ensure successful arrival, please provide a complete and accurate name and physical address. We cannot accept liability for lost shipments resulting from address errors or delivery to (A)PO boxes.

  • Transfer of Liability: Risk of loss passes to the customer upon carrier confirmation of delivery. If a package is missing after a confirmed drop-off, please contact the courier service directly.

3. Right of Withdrawal & Returns In compliance with Belgian and European consumer protection standards, you have a 14-day window from the date of receipt to return your purchase.

  • Conditions: Items must be returned in their original, unopened state with all protective seals or shrink-wrap intact.

  • Costs & Fees: Return transit costs are the buyer's responsibility. A €10 administrative fee will be deducted from your total refund. Original shipping and transaction costs are non-reimbursable.

  • Exclusions: Items purchased through archival sales are final and excluded from the right of withdrawal.

  • Procedure: To initiate a request, email info@deyadeyadeya.com with your order number.

4. Damaged or Missing Shipments Should your package arrive in poor condition, please notify us at info@deyadeyadeya.com immediately with photographic evidence of the damage and the shipping label. If your tracking remains stagnant for 20 days, alert us so we can investigate; please note that investigations are typically unavailable after 30 days of inactivity.

5. User Conduct & Legal Compliance By using this site, you confirm you are of legal age and agree to use our services for lawful purposes only. You are prohibited from infringing on intellectual property, distributing malicious code, or engaging in any form of harassment. We reserve the right to restrict service to any user who violates these standards.

6. Limitation of LiabilityDeya provides this platform "as is." While we strive for perfection, we do not warrant that the service will be entirely error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.

7. Governing Law These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Belgian courts.
