Our Commitment At Deya, your satisfaction is our goal. We are constantly striving to improve our service and ensure you have a seamless experience. If something isn't right, we are here to help and will do our absolute best to resolve any issues immediately.
Damaged or Missing Items If your order arrives damaged, please reach out to info@deyadeyadeya.com right away. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and the labeled packaging. If your tracking status hasn’t updated in 20 days, please notify us; keep in mind that most postal services will no longer investigate after 30 days have passed.
Return Guidelines In accordance with EU regulations, you may return products within 14 days of receiving them. To be eligible for a refund, items must remain in their original, unopened condition and shrink-wrapped packaging. Please contact us at info@deyadeyadeya.com with your order number to receive return instructions.
Refunds & Associated Costs The cost of returning items is the responsibility of the customer. Please note that an €8 administrative processing fee, as well as original delivery and transaction charges, will be deducted from your refund. Deya is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit, so we recommend monitoring your tracking closely.
Important Conditions
Cancellations: Because we prioritize fast fulfillment, orders cannot be canceled once they are placed.
Archival Sales: All purchases from archival sales are final and non-refundable.
Unclaimed Orders: If a shipment is returned as undeliverable or unclaimed, the customer must cover the return fees, the €8 processing fee, and any reshipping costs. Items left unclaimed for 30 days after being returned will be made available for public sale.
